Delivery to Switzerland
For deliveries to Switzerland you pay the same amounts as in Germany and the EU – but they then count as net prices, because the export is exempt from German VAT. Swiss import charges (VAT, customs duty) and customs clearance fees of the carrier may be due on delivery.
Delivery time
The delivery time is stated for each product. Our diaries are handmade and shipped to you directly by our bookbindery.
Payment
Payment is processed securely by our payment provider Stripe. The available payment methods (e.g. credit card, PayPal, SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay and Google Pay) are shown to you during checkout.
