Why a Masonic diary?
The first years in the lodge are full of impressions: new Brethren, lodge visits, the Fellowcraft journeys, being passed and finally being raised. Much of it fades if it is not written down.
The Diary of the Search is a handy A6 book inspired by our lodge passports. It has room for the initiation, the Fellowcraft journeys, the Fellowcraft certificate and the Master Mason certificate – plus 50 pages “My chain of union” for the lodge visits still to come.
Who gives it?
- The proposer who has accompanied the candidate on his way.
- The lodge welcoming its newly initiated Brethren – with the lodge jewel on the cover, if you wish.
- The family sharing in this new chapter of his life.
Whether and when a gift is presented is for each lodge to decide according to its own custom.

The beige paper is absorbent for stamp ink and fountain pen ink, suitable for embossing and therefore printed on one side only.

Yes. You choose the language – German or English – directly on the diary page.
Can our lodge give a diary to all its newly initiated Brethren?
Certainly. For 10 books or more, your lodge jewel can be embossed on the cover. You will find everything else on the page For lodges.
